Cvent Honored at 2013 Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service

Las Vegas, Nev. and McLean, Va. –  Cvent, the world's largest meeting and event management technology company, today announced it was the proud recipient of two Stevie Awards at the 7th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the world's top honors for contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals. In addition to being honored in the Customer Service Department of the Year category, Cvent was also presented with the People's Choice Award for Favorite Customer Service provider in the computer software industry.

The People's Choice Stevie Awards recognize a company's dedication to exceptional customer service and are decided by the people themselves. This year, more than 211,000 people participated in the worldwide vote. Winners in other categories included Marriott Vacations Worldwide Owner Services, Tata Motors and Paycor.

Cvent also received the Bronze Award in the highly competitive computer software division in the Customer Service Department of the Year category. Other bronze award recipients include Alloy Software, Citrix ShareFile and Kaspersky Lab.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 25, at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S. and around the word were in attendance.
